About
I'm Ailyn, an IT leader, founder, and the person people call when their tech is a mess. I've spent 20+ years in IT across networking, infrastructure, identity, and security. I've managed IT across 100+ locations and 10,000+ users, been through acquisitions, migrations, and everything in between.
Right now I'm doing three things (four if you count the dogs):
- Day job:IT Services Manager at Pilot Thomas Logistics, one of North America's leading petroleum solutions providers. I run help desk, network infrastructure, and end-user experience.
- Founder: Ascend Networks, providing IT solutions to South Florida businesses. Built Different.
- Founder: AQRHub, a SaaS tool for dynamic QR codes with scan analytics.
- Off the clock: Fur-mom to Paris Hilton (Shih Tzu) and Misty Elliott (American Staffy). Wife.
